Sorry for English just now, I am a bit in a hurry (as usually).
You should remember one problem, or rule, if you prefer to name it so. Italians are, similar to Spanish or Greeks or so "Southerners". That means, they would answer, if it is not so exhausting or if they really do need something from you. I had some contacts with Italians to sell them animals, but once I send an E-mail: "Hallo Salvatore, I am going to be in Cesena, so these turtles, we were agreed about and you got all those photos, could be also there, do prepare money." I got no answer at all. So unfortunatelly, it is sad fact.
Andrea Luizon is (for an Italian) reliable, but if it is me, who wants something from him, he is lazy to answer. Sometimes it needs some patience. Many of his colleagues do not know English at all, they think like everybody is to learn Italian. Why?! - Because of (only) 70 millions of users, it is not so much in fact...
